DARWIN TEST: test and check data in the Darwin Core 1.2, Darwin Core 1.4 or Darwin Core Archive
DARWIN TEST is a software developed to validate and check Darwincorev2 or Darwincore14 records (Darwin Core version 1.2 or Darwin Core version 1.4 standard for specimen and observation data exchange). The new version offers the possibility to export and import to the new Darwin Core Archive format. Before publishing your biodiversity data in a public network such as GBIF, it is highly recommendable to test your Darwincorev2 or Darwincore14 data using the DARWIN TEST program, in order to detect any issues. The issues reported include omission, typos, convention and coherence errors. DARWIN-TEST is a Microsoft Access® based program. The application is available in Spanish and English.
