Meeting venue is around 10 minutes walking from the lunch place.

Coffee breaks:

Coffee will be provided by the organization.

Transportation:

A daily bus will be provided by the organization to cover transportation between hotel and venue. Bus is leaving at 8.30 a.m. from the hotel and picking us up at 6.10 p.m. at the meeting venue.
