Description

IMEDEA-INSECTA database includes, on one hand, specimens that were collected during the PhD thesis of Dr. Miquel Palmer (all these in the order Coleoptera) and, on the other hand, specimens collected during different research projects on pollinaion at the Terrestrial Ecology Laboratory, of IMEDEA. Most of it has been collected in the Balearic Islands. The pollinators’ collection is an active one, and new records will be incorporated as new specimens are collected in different research projects.
